Updates
- When creating or editing customers, Rev.io PSA now validates U.S. addresses entered in real-time and provides suggestions to ensure accurate address information is being entered. [ADO-25281]
- Default values in the Priority, Ticket Type, and Severity sections on the Ticket tab in the System Tables no longer display with a checkmark in the System Entry column, allowing you to edit or delete these values as needed. [ADO-54672]
- The Customer Portal now features auto pay functionality, which allows your customers to add payment accounts and enable automatic bill payments. [ADO-53696]
- You can now add or update the Parent Account for existing customers by clicking the Edit button on the Overview tab of the customer profile screen. The Parent Account dropdown populates with all other customer accounts in your instance, not just accounts already set as parents. [ADO-53897]
- The Export CSV button is now available on the Invoices, Unposted, Payment History, and Ledger tabs in the Billing section on the customer profile screen. This option allows you to export either the current page or all data for the tab you're viewing. [ADO-54460]
- Ticket notes added from the Customer Portal now display on the ticket Activity tab with the Customer Note label so you can easily identify notes entered by the customer. [ADO-54705]
Bug Fixes
- When entering time logs on tickets, opening another browser no longer removes the selected Tech and Reason from the time log. [ADO-51166]
- When a primary ticket is linked to only one child ticket, the header bar on that child ticket no longer displays the Unlink button. Removing the ticket relationship must be done from the parent ticket. [ADO-54404]
- When creating ticket relationships between multiple tickets, the Cascading Update Options section now features tooltips to clarify the function of each option. [ADO-54758]
- The Select Tech dropdown on the Timesheet screen now consistently displays as expected in dark mode. [ADO-34381]
- When receiving an email reply to an email sent from the ticket Activity tab, the system no longer incorrectly creates a new ticket. [ADO-54176]
- You can now consistently edit part/labor items on tickets with negative dollar amounts from an iOS device without deleting the entire field value. [ADO-49076]
