New Features

  • The Company category is now visible on the System Settings screen. Functionality for this section will be available in coming releases, allowing you to configure your company's information and business hours. [ADO-28980]
  • The Product Catalog section in now visible in the System Tables category on the System Settings screen. Functionality for this section will be available in future releases, allowing you to define category, subcategory, and UOM (unit of measurement) options for products in your product catalog. [ADO-30439]


Updates

  • When adding permissions to a role, selecting any option automatically sets the view option, preventing users from accidentally omitting the view permission for essential actions. For example, selecting any of the Create new contacts, Delete contacts, or Edit contacts permissions automatically sets the View all contacts permission. [ADO-32758]
  • The User Management list view now features a dropdown for filtering users, allowing you to select which column you want to use when filtering the results displayed. [ADO-32681]
  • The User Groups list view now features a dropdown for filtering users, allowing you to select which column you want to use when filtering the results displayed. This list view also displays the Customize Columns button, which allows you to select/deselect which columns display in your list and click/drag the available columns to reorder them in your list.   • The Roles & Permissions list view now features a dropdown for filtering users, allowing you to select which column you want to use when filtering the results displayed. This list view also displays the Customize Columns button, which allows you to select/deselect which columns display in your list and click/drag the available columns to reorder them in your list. Bug Fixes

  • Links added on ticket activity notes once again display in blue, underlined text. [ADO-33023]
  • You can once again void a ticket as expected without generating an error. [ADO-33382]
  • Removing a tech from a ticket now creates a note on the System Entries tab of the Activity tab on the ticket, displaying the change from the previous tech to Not Set. [ADO-32893]
