New Features

  • You can control which users can adjust inventory costs and quantities, enable or disable the inventory management feature, create or delete reservations, transfer inventory, or view the inventory matrix or history screens using the new Inventory Management permission section. [ADO-58592]
  • You can now merge two or more open, unbilled tickets for the same customer account into a single ticket by selecting multiple tickets on the Tickets tab in the Servicing section on the customer profile and clicking the Merge Tickets button. When merged, all work requested, public activity notes, items serviced, parts and labor, time logs, and purchase orders are consolidated into the master ticket. Internal notes are added to both the master and merged tickets, and merged tickets are automatically voided for accurate historical tracking. [ADO-58682]
  • Our in-app AI assistant, Revii, can now query, create, update, and reconcile inventory data across locations, serialized assets, reservations, and purchase orders, enabling more efficient inventory management, procurement, and operational workflows directly within Revii.
  • Revii now also includes enhanced billing capabilities, allowing users to quickly retrieve billing profile details, invoice and payment status, unbilled amounts, and payment method information. Revii can also assist with enrolling or removing customers from Autopay.

Updates

  • The Recurring Services tab now features the Add Recurring Service button which allows you to create new recurring services for the customer account. Previously, you had to use the New Action button at the top of the customer profile screen to create new recurring services. [ADO-58962].
  • When attempting to set the Requires Inventory Management field on a product that exists on an active purchase order, you will now receive a message indicating that you must complete or void the related purchase order, or remove the product from all active purchase orders to enable inventory management. [ADO-58744]
  • The account summary cards in the Billing section of the customer profile have been refreshed for a more consistent look and feel, and the Add Recurring Service screen header and Add Recurring Service button now align with other creation screens across the system. [ADO-58968, 58979]
  • Our in-app AI assistant, Revii, has been improved to work more reliably and consistently across key areas like time tracking, users, assets, customers, notifications, calendar, and tickets. These updates fix previous issues and make Revii’s responses and actions more dependable for everyday tasks.
  • The Ask Revii chatbot UI has been enhanced to improve usability and visual consistency. Users can now rename previous conversations, and the input text box automatically expands as you type, making longer messages easier to compose.

Bug Fixes

  • The Tax Exemption field now displays consistently on the customer profile screen even if a tax provider is not configured in your instance. [ADO-58916]
  • The Link Ticket button is now disabled as expected on tickets that have been voided. [ADO-58858]
  • The Customer Name once again consistently loads as expected on tickets. Thanks to AhelioTech for their feedback! [ADO-59090]
  • When inventory management is disabled in your instance, the confirmation pop-up message in the lower right corner of the screen has been simplified to clearly confirm the action. [ADO-58589]
  • Quantities on the inventory matrix screen now update immediately if you remove a serial number from a product. [ADO-58921]
