New Features

  • Purchase orders are now available in Rev.io PSA, allowing you to generate purchase orders from your tickets and email them to the appropriate provider. To support this functionality, the Parts & Labor tab on tickets features the new Provider, Ordered, and Received columns. From this tab, you can select multiple items with the same Provider and click the Add PO button to start creating a purchase order. Once created, purchase orders on the ticket now display on the new Purchase Orders tab. [ADO-29809, 29813, 47146, 47148, 47151-47153, 47155]
  • The Rev.io Community is now available as a dedicated space for users to connect, share knowledge, and collaborate. It offers interactive feeds where users can create posts, ask questions, and provide valuable feedback directly to the Rev.io Product team. You will receive your login for the Rev.io Community as part of your onboarding process. [ADO-39242]


Updates

  • If you have multiple ticket timers running at the same time, when you open one of the tickets with a running timer, that timer now displays in the top toolbar while you're viewing the ticket instead of the timer you started most recently. [ADO-54707]
  • The Ticket ID on the Dispatch Board is now a clickable link, allowing you to easily access the ticket you want to dispatch from the ticket panel. [ADO-54941]
  • The Filters button on the Customer List screen now features the option to filter the list based on a secific Bill Profile. [ADO-52296]
  • Search functionality is now available on the Contacts tab of the customer profile screen, allowing you to find contacts based on Name, Email, or Title. [ADO-43826]


Bug Fixes

  • When creating new tickets or calendar items, you can now cancel the process and return to the previous screen without having to select a Customer from the dropdown. [ADO-54932, 30726]
