New Features
- You can now upload rate decks when configuring metered usage in System Settings. The Create Rate Deck screen allows users to upload rate data using a predefined CSV template, making bulk rate entry more efficient. [ADO-56341]
- The new Unbillable Usage screen, accessed from the Billing module in the sidebar menu, allows you to review unbilled usage and rerate items to ensure your usage is correctly rated and billed. [ADO-52080]
- The invoice creation process now pulls in metered usage data, automatically calculating and applying usage-based charges to customer invoices during each billing cycle. [ADO-52276]
Updates
- The customer Address field shown in the customer information section on tickets and calendar items is now clickable, opening the location directly in your default mapping application. Thanks to Joe Graziano at Soundworks & Security for his feedback! [ADO-59125]
- The Ticket Summary widget on the ticket stage side panel now features a refreshed layout and new buttons for quickly emailing or calling contacts and technicians associated with the ticket. [ADO-58285]
Bug Fixes
- Voided tickets no longer appear to be editable. The Status dropdown and Activity note editor are now properly disabled as expected. [ADO-59106]
