New Features
- The Tickets tab in the System Tables category on the System Settings screen now features the Priority section, which allows you to enter, edit, and delete the options that populate the Priority dropdown on tickets. [ADO-29248, 35742]

- The emails that users receive when logging into Rev.io PSA for the first time or resetting their password now feature an updated look to be more cohesive with our application. [ADO-33348, 33349]
- The Ticket List view now defaults to hiding any Closed/Voided tickets so you can focus on the tickets that need your attention the most. Additionally, you can now click the Filter button to access the Show Closed/Voided Tickets option to see all tickets in the list view, regardless of their status. [ADO-37148]
- The Status section in the System Tables category on the System Settings screen now features the ability to define custom colors for ticket status chips. [ADO-38377]
- The Role Permissions section on the Add Role and Edit Role screens now features the Ticketing category, allowing you to assign permissions for closing, opening, and sending tickets to Billing. [ADO-30284]
Bug Fixes
- Rev.io PSA once again consistently sends workflow notifications via email when the conditions of the workflow are met. [ADO-36937]
- The Send to Billing button once again functions as expected on eligible tickets and no longer incorrectly displays as disabled. [ADO-36794]
- The Edit Time Log link once again displays consistently for line items on the ticket Parts & Labor tab created from billable time logs. [ADO-38698]
