10.29.26 Release Notes
The major features and updates listed below will be releasing this Thursday, 10/29/26. Bug fixes and minor updates are released as they are completed throughout the week.
Revii Credits Update
Revii includes a monthly credit allowance for operational work such as looking up records, running reports, updating tickets and preparing quotes. General chat, product documentation questions, summaries and Reviize remain available without using credits.
Your monthly allowance is based on your recurring new-platform subscription fees:
- Under $500 per month: 2,500 credits
- $500 to under $1,000 per month: 5,000 credits
- $1,000 or more per month: 15,000 credits
Credits reset each calendar month in UTC and do not roll over. Eligible usage beyond your included and applicable promotional credits is billed at $0.01 per credit. Metering begins December 1, 2026, and December usage will first appear on invoices in January 2027, subject to applicable notice and agreement requirements. Your agreement may provide different terms.

New features
- Quotes now support bulk address imports from CSV and Excel files. You can match columns, correct or skip invalid rows, review duplicates, save reusable setups, and download held-back rows with reasons for correction and reimport.
- The Hudu integration now provides guarded customer and asset matching, duplicate prevention, recovery for failed customer creation, configurable sync direction and source-of-truth controls, and configurable default addresses for customers without an address. Existing instances retain last-updated behavior, while new instances default to Hudu as the source of truth.
- Closed tickets can now display the resolution code and summary in a read-only internal activity card. Reopened tickets update the existing card when a new resolution is entered.
- A new Analytics dashboard shows how your team uses Revii and the credits that count toward your bill. See billable credits over time and by user, and how many conversations your team has with Revii. The dashboard does not account for free credits yet. That will be added before the first billable period in December. Find it under Dashboards → Revii Usage.
Updates
- The Agreements List now supports searching by Customer Name, Customer ID, Agreement ID, and Agreement Name.
- Number Management lists now sort correctly by phone number and other columns. The number detail page now includes a History section showing each change, its original and new values, who made it, and when.
- Customer details now include a leading back button that preserves origin-aware navigation and returns users to their previous customer list context.
- Planning phases in projects now show where their work actually ends beneath the planned end date, with an alert when work extends beyond the plan.
- Schedule impact messaging now clearly identifies phase overruns, offers Save Anyway, and lets users extend an affected phase to the new work end date. This work is still awaiting release approval.
- Revii now handles operational queries more reliably across SLA, inventory, contact, and device workflows. Inventory adjustments require reasons and verify stock changes, reservation cancellations release holds correctly, customer-ledger and purchase-order lookups return the appropriate records, Help Center answers use better documentation grounding, and fullscreen table sorting and homepage theme handling work correctly.
- Proposals now support page numbers through PandaDoc template headers and footers. To configure them, open the template and go to Format → Theme → Page Header/Footer to add page numbering to your proposal PDFs.
Mobile updates
- Time logs can now be associated with the ticket customer’s active or pending recurring services through the Service field. Selecting a service links the time to that service without changing the reason, rate, or billable status.
- Mobile ticket activity now records resolution codes and summaries when required tickets are closed, including reopened tickets. The entry is read-only and updates the existing resolution record when applicable.
