10.22.26 Release Notes

The major features and updates listed below will be releasing this Thursday, 10/22/26. Bug fixes and minor updates are released as they are completed throughout the week.

New features

  • Customer KPI cards configured on the web now appear in the mobile app on the customer’s Overview, Servicing, and Quotes tabs, with up to four cards available without additional mobile setup.
  • The ticket list now supports bulk email read actions. Select multiple tickets and choose Mark Read to clear unread email indicators across the selected tickets. The new Read column can be moved, sorted, and filtered.
  • NinjaOne alert tickets now land on the board of your choice. In Sync Settings, enter a board name in Alert Ticket Board and new NinjaOne alert tickets go straight onto it. Choose their type with Alert Ticket Type (RMM Alert by default). The board must already exist in Rev.io and be visible to the user who installed the integration.
  • Revii now supports conversation mode selection for Auto, Ask Revii, and Data Analytics, with saved preferences. Result tables support column visibility, ordering, and saved layouts, while skill progress details and support reference IDs provide more context when requests fail.
  • Revii now supports configurable dispatch briefings with ticket priorities, technician workloads, and SLA status. You can also duplicate quotes and view interactive data cards alongside explanations.

Updates

  • The Analytics experience provides clearer guidance and next steps when viewing charts and dashboards. Scheduled Signal processing also provides more consistent continuity between runs.
  • Project Parts & Labor tables now show the product name used on the related ticket, with the description as a fallback when the product cannot be resolved. Search continues to match both product names and descriptions.
  • Revii now handles quote creation, quote listings, lead updates, recurring schedules, customer and contact searches, project and user-group results, and calendar results more reliably. Responses also avoid duplicate result tables, clarify approval requirements, distinguish recalled answers from fresh results, preserve conversation preferences, and better handle documentation limits, restricted access, tenant isolation, permission checks, data reads, and voice connections.

Bug fixes

  • Ticket severity can now be cleared and saved when it is no longer needed.
  • Changing a ticket status no longer creates an extra activity note containing only the status change.
  • Provider and SKU/USOC fields are now visible and editable for single-provider products.
  • Proposals respect the template’s tax visibility setting, with a show/hide option controlling taxes in both the item grid and totals. Taxes are counted only once in the grand total.
  • Tickets created from quotes now use the configured default status, priority, and type

Mobile updates

  • When the Allow Internal Notes on Tickets in a Closed State setting is enabled, users can add internal activity notes to closed tickets from the mobile app. They can select Work Performed or Note, attach files or images, and save the note without sending communications or reopening the ticket.
  • When a ticket type requires a resolution, closing the ticket now opens fields for a resolution code and resolution summary. The ticket closes after both are entered, or the user can cancel the process.
  • The Allow Internal Notes on Tickets in a Closed State setting keeps internal activity notes available on closed tickets in the web app. Users can add notes and attachments without reopening the ticket, while communication remains unavailable and status changes still require permission to reopen.
