10.15.26 Release Notes

The major features and updates listed below will be releasing this Thursday, 10/15/26. Bug fixes and minor updates are released as they are completed throughout the week.

New Features

  • Agreements has moved out of Beta and is now available to all clients. Agreements can be used for managing customer contracts, tracking usage, and viewing profitability. You can build reusable agreement templates with Block Hours, Time & Material, Recurring, and One-Time Items billing components, then create customer agreements from them in a few clicks. Time and materials logged on covered tickets accrue to the agreement automatically, and each component has a ledger showing what has been accrued and billed. You can also renew agreements, cancel them with a guided wizard, and review margin and utilization on the Profitability tab.
  • Product catalog admins can select multiple products and deactivate them in one action. A confirmation shows the number selected, and the catalog refreshes after completion.
  • Analytics users can now create datasets, charts, dashboards, signals, sends, row-level security rules, customer KPI charts, and monthly forecasts using natural-language requests. Revii presents proposed changes for review before applying them.
  • Analytics charts and tables now link directly to supported customers, tickets, invoices, quotes, opportunities, projects, assets, and products, including invoice PDFs where available.

Updates

  • Invoice creation now allows users to set a due date directly during each supported bill creation workflow. This works everywhere you create invoices with the exception of creating invoices via a project. Watch for updates on that soon!
  • Clock-in status now persists across sessions and devices, so users can clock in on the web or mobile app, sign out, and continue seeing their active timer when they return through either app.
  • Timesheet users can view more time-entry details, open entries for viewing or editing, and add admin time by selecting a period on the daily grid.
  • Portal.io pricing synchronization now preserves product matching information and provides additional ways to associate automatically created products, reducing silent skips during cost updates and product linking.
  • Portal.io connections now handle special characters in authentication details consistently, preventing request failures caused by mismatched URL encoding.
  • Portal.io proposal descriptions now carry over automatically into a note on the corresponding Rev.io quote or ticket when a proposal is accepted.

Bug Fixes

  • Improved the reliability of Portal.io authentication and pricing sync so cost and product updates flow into Rev.io consistently across all instances.

Mobile

  • Unassigned tickets opened in the mobile app now include a customer selector. After a customer is saved, the ticket becomes active and can be worked like any other open ticket.
