10.1.26 Release Notes

10.7.26 Release Notes

The major features and updates listed below will be releasing this Thursday, 10/8/26. Bug fixes and minor updates are released as they are completed throughout the week.

New Features

  • Revii can now duplicate an existing quote with a single approval, including its services, products, addresses, contacts, and assignee. The new quote starts as a draft, and you can choose a different customer, opportunity, or description. Attached documents and proposals are not copied.
• Revii’s file workspace now makes it easier to review files without leaving the conversation. Users can preview PDFs, spreadsheets, images, Markdown, text, and JSON files directly from chat or the Files panel. Spreadsheet previews support sorting and filtering, and users can ask Revii about a file while retaining access to download and sharing options.
  • Authorized users can now select multiple products in the Product Catalog and deactivate them together. A confirmation shows how many products will be affected before the change is applied, making it easier to retire catalog items without opening and updating each product individually.

Updates

  • The Pax8 integration now syncs subscription costs, license assets, and recurring-service details into Rev.io. Cancellation handling is configurable, and suggested retail pricing can be enabled separately. The sync does not change subscription information in Pax8, excludes usage-based subscriptions, and leaves selling prices unchanged by default.

Bug Fixes

  • When creating a recurring schedule on a customer and selecting a tech group in the Ticket Details step, the tech group is now properly assigned to tickets generated from that schedule instead of being left blank. [66627]
  • Fixed an error that occurred when receiving inventory for products that require both inventory tracking and serial number tracking, which prevented users from updating staged receipts after importing or entering serial numbers. [66797]
  • The Transfer button is now properly disabled on tickets that have been invoiced, preventing accidental customer transfers that could cause data inconsistencies. If an invoice is reversed, the Transfer button becomes available again. [66810]
  • Users can now drag and drop images larger than 256 KB directly into the body of ticket emails, matching the functionality of the insert image button which already supported larger files. [66822]
  • When you change the status on a parent ticket with cascade settings enabled, the status now properly updates across all linked child tickets instead of only updating some of them. [66837]
  • You can now create multiple invoices from a single ticket when invoicing items separately. Previously, after creating an invoice for one item on a ticket, the system incorrectly prevented you from invoicing additional items on the same ticket. [66843]
  • Recurring schedules created from ticket macros now correctly assign all associated technicians to generated tickets, not just the primary technician. [66848]
  • Fixed an issue where calendar items linked to tickets were sending null ticket numbers to workflows and integrations like Teams. When creating or editing a calendar item from the full calendar view, the system now correctly preserves and sends the associated ticket number in all workflow events, ensuring tokens populate properly in notifications and integrations. [66863]
  • The mobile app now properly displays text when users increase the font size through iOS Accessibility settings, preventing text from being clipped, overflowing, or cut off across multiple screens. [66880]
