10.1.26 Release Notes

10.2.26 Release Notes

The following items will be released today to coincide with the conclusion of our two-month development iteration. We will return to our normal release schedule tomorrow for our next release next Thursday, 10/8/26.

Features

  • Numbers can now be organized into groups and managed through a dedicated Number Management grid, with bulk CSV import (status and notes included) and a detail view for assigning numbers to customer services individually, by range, or in bulk.
  • Closing a ticket now includes a guided resolution step β€” enter a summary and select a Resolution Code, optionally using Reviize to polish the notes. Admins can require resolutions before closing by ticket type, and resolutions are editable afterward and tracked for reporting.
  • Time logs can now be tied to an existing labor billing item, letting you charge a fixed professional-services rate while still tracking actual time and cost. Linked time logs appear via a PSB link on the ticket's P&L tab and feed into Job Costing.
  • The IT Glue + Rev.io PSA integration has been rebuilt to be review-first, with IT Glue as the system of record. Customer and device matches are now suggestions you confirm rather than automatic links, duplicate assets are detected before creation, and synced devices are clearly marked as Managed by IT Glue. Passwords remain fetched live, never stored. See the IT Glue Integration Guide for details.
  • The NinjaOne integration can now flag devices that go silent for 30+ days (configurable) on a per-customer Asset Review ticket, skipping shelf stock and never touching asset records. Off by default β€” enable under Sync Settings.
  • The NinjaOne integration can also turn chronically failing devices (3 alerts in 30 days, configurable) into draft refresh quotes, one per customer, using your existing alert history. It never sends or approves quotes automatically. Set up under the new Lifecycle Rules page.
  • Payments from Rev.io now sync into QuickBooks Desktop and apply automatically to the invoices they paid, including pre-existing ones, with split/partial payments handled correctly. Payments route through a review queue before posting.
  • Work Item Dependencies let you connect tasks, tickets, and milestones to define work order, with links managed directly in the Gantt chart or planning drawers.
  • Dependency-Aware Scheduling lets you preview downstream schedule changes before applying them, adjusting dependent work while preserving buffers.

Updates

  • Quoting now shows profitability directly on the quote, with per-line Margin % columns, corrected one-time charge classification, and an expanded Adjust Pricing tool supporting cost markup/markdown with a Price/Cost toggle.
  • The Dispatch Board now supports filtering by ticket status, multiple tabbed views, and shared ticket boards added directly as filtered tabs by board and user group.
  • Project Planning now allows editing date ranges and assignees from planning rows, marking items complete, and setting project start/end dates with a single date-range picker.
  • Gantt Planning now displays linked tickets as dated bars that can be dragged, resized, and opened directly from the chart
