10.1.26 Release Notes

The major features and updates listed below will be releasing this Thursday, 10/1/26. Bug fixes and minor updates are released as they are completed throughout the week.

Updates

  • Calendar items can now be created for administrative or personal time without associating them with a customer record, allowing you to manage non-customer scheduling directly in the calendar and dispatch views. [66572]
  • Any active user can now be added as an associated tech on tickets without being restricted by the assigned user group, allowing you to involve team members from different groups in ticket work. [66664]
  • Email audit logging is now available for ticket emails. When a user sends an email from a ticket, the full process from initiation through processing and delivery is captured in the audit log.
  • Inbound support emails can now be tracked from the Audit Log. Every email received from a monitored mailbox is recorded with a status of Discovered, Ticket Created, Appended, Duplicate, or Failed, along with the sender, subject, and receiving mailbox. Users can filter by event type and date, search by sender or subject, and open Duplicate or Failed entries to see the reason the email did not become a ticket and the recommended steps to resolve it.

Bug Fixes

  • Board assignments can now be cleared from a ticket through the ticket header or edit ticket form without reverting after save. [66450]
  • The primary tech no longer appears in the associated tech selection list when using the inline editor. [66584]
  • The User Group search filter on the Tickets tab under a customer's Servicing section now correctly returns results when searching by user group. [66626]
  • When editing a recurring schedule, the status, priority, type, and severity fields now correctly carry over to the next step of the configuration process. [66633]
  • The email editor in tickets now honors your browser's built-in spell check settings. [66705]
  • The system now correctly waits for all ticket invoice creation processes to complete before finalizing the invoice, preventing data loss during invoice generation. [66717]
  • The recurring schedules screen now correctly displays "Use Template" and "Ticket Template" instead of "Use Macro" and "Ticket Macro" in step 2 of the configuration process. [66745]
  • When opening a ticket from a parent customer's invoices list, the ticket now correctly maintains the child customer association in both the stage and header, and retains the child customer's addresses when saving. [66809]
