New Features
- Lead dropdown field values can now be customized in System Tables using a new Leads tab, allowing you to define and manage your own lifecycle stages, statuses, ratings, and company sizes. [66397]
- New tickets can now be created directly from the Dispatch Board by clicking the Add Ticket button in the title bar, opening the ticket creation slide-out without navigating away. New tickets automatically appear in the needs dispatch list if they match your current view and filters. [66575]
- Knowledge Base articles can now be linked to customers and tickets, making related content easier to find directly from the article and the article list. Existing articles can also be duplicated into a new draft that retains the original body, section, and tags, with the copy titled with "COPY" so it can be edited before publishing.
- Revii Skills allow your team to run saved, repeatable instructions directly in chat by typing / to browse and select from available skills. Whether it's a billing audit, churn risk review, onboarding check, or shift handoff note, the same request produces the same structured result every time. Administrators can customize included skills for their organization, tailor skills for individual clients, or have Revii write a new skill from a plain-English description, all from the new Skills Workshop panel.
- KPI cards are now available on customer pages from the Analytics module, displaying key metrics such as open ticket count, current balance, last payment date, and more for the customer you are viewing. Ten pre-built cards are available out of the box, including Current Balance, Overdue Balance, Outstanding Invoices, Last Payment Date, Payments YTD, Total Revenue YTD, Current MRC, Quote Margin %, Open Opportunity Value, and Open Tickets. Administrators can choose which cards appear, set their labels, and control their order from System Settings > Analytics > Customer KPI Cards. Custom cards can also be built in Analytics using the Big Number chart type with a Customer ID filter. KPI cards are visible to anyone with access to the customer page and require no additional Analytics permissions to view.
- Rev.io now integrates with D&H Distributing, automatically keeping your account-specific D&H cost current on each matching product. The integration updates costs on products that already have a D&H vendor row and creates new D&H vendor rows on products matched by manufacturer part number or UPC. Only your negotiated cost is written; sell price, list price, MSRP, and primary vendor settings are never affected.
- Distributor availability and live pricing are now visible directly where you build quotes and manage your catalog. On a product's Purchasing tab, each distributor row now shows available stock and whether the item is purchasable for your account, refreshed automatically on each sync. While quoting, a new Distributor Pricing view on any product line lets you compare each connected distributor's live, account-specific cost, available units, and purchasability side by side, then select a distributor in one click to write its cost onto the quote line. The selected cost flows through to margin and job profitability calculations and on to the ticket, purchase order, and job, while customer-facing pricing stays untouched. If a live lookup is slow or unavailable, the last-synced value is shown instead and clearly marked. Available today for ScanSource, D&H, ADI, Ingram Micro, and TD SYNNEX.
Updates
- When a customer is assigned to a ticket without one, the system now automatically populates the ticket with the customer's default billing and service addresses. The same applies when transferring a ticket to a different customer account. [66585, 66587]
- Rev.io products can now be mapped to specific QuickBooks Desktop items using the new Review Product Matches page, which scans your billed products, links exact name matches automatically, and suggests the rest for you to confirm. Mapped products appear in QuickBooks as themselves instead of a generic category line, while unmapped products continue to use GL code mapping.
- When invoices post, each product's cost from Rev.io can now be written to its matched QuickBooks item, keeping margin reports accurate without manual entry. This feature is optional, off by default, and every cost update is visible in the invoice queue.
- The legacy text-based lead lookup fields have been retired and replaced with the modern lookup system. [66555]
Bug Fixes
- Time logs tied to tickets can now be deleted directly from the time entries list without encountering an error. [66495]
- Timesheets now correctly display the total time worked matching the sum of time entries for each day. [66498]
- The dispatch map now loads correctly in the mobile app without encountering a server error. [66502]
- The mobile app now correctly enforces the Adjust costing on ticket parts/labor and Adjust pricing on ticket parts/labor permissions, preventing users without these permissions from modifying part costs or prices. [66544]
- The work performed field on time logs is now editable when the time log itself is editable, and updates are reflected in both the time log record and the activity card on the ticket. [66547]
- The time off grid in My Preferences now automatically refreshes after a new time off entry is added. [66592]
- Technicians can now add payment accounts from the Billing section when accessing customer details through a ticket in the mobile app. [66622]
- The reason column on the time log tab of a ticket now correctly displays the associated reason for each entry instead of appearing blank. [66634]
