New Features

  • Customer invoices can now be previewed before creation, showing all line items, amounts, taxes, and totals in a preview modal to verify accuracy before confirming generation. [61315]
  • One-time charges and credits can now be added to quotes without selecting a catalog product by choosing a product type instead, making it easier to include ad-hoc fees or goodwill credits directly on quotes. [66545]
  • A new Profit and Loss Dashboard is now available in the Analytics module, showing revenue, delivery costs, and gross profit broken down by customer, product, product type, product category, and month. The dashboard includes views for gross profit totals, revenue vs. cost trends by month, margin by customer, revenue and margin by product type, cost composition, and top and bottom performing products. Every view can be filtered by year, month, customer, product, product type, and product category to drill from a portfolio-level summary down to a single line. Note that the dashboard shows gross profit only and does not include business overhead such as rent, salaries, or general operating expenses.

Bug Fixes

  • Standard users can now view custom customer fields on the customer summary page without requiring the Edit Billing Config permission. [65994]
  • The cost field on purchase orders now supports four decimal places, matching the precision available in product catalog items. [66414]
  • A tech can now be set as the primary tech in the edit slide-out even if they are already listed as an associated tech. The system automatically removes them from the associated techs list when assigned as primary. [66481]
  • Changing the user group on a ticket stage no longer incorrectly warns that assigned technicians will be cleared when those technicians are members of the new group being selected. [66500]
  • Quote senders now receive proposal completion notifications by default when creating a new proposal, and a tooltip has been added to the Contacts field explaining that the sender is automatically included but can opt out. [66531]
  • When adding an asset to a customer from the servicing tab, the system now correctly returns to the asset list without displaying an unnecessary discard message. [66537]
  • Parts with prices up to four decimal places can now be added to tickets without errors. [66546]
  • The product picker on the Add Package and Edit Package screens now includes products with custom product types and correctly labels them as recurring or one-time based on the product type configuration. [66586]
