New Features
- Tickets can now be classified with a Subtype field that appears below the Type field, allowing finer categorization such as classifying a Hardware ticket as Printer, Laptop, or Network. Subtype options filter automatically based on the selected Type, and administrators can configure Subtype values for each Type in System Tables, with the option to set default Subtypes for monitored inboxes and boards. [66183]
- Product types, which are selected when adding products to your catalog, can now be created, edited, and deactivated directly from System Settings > System Tables > Product Catalog, with visibility into details like one-time vs. recurring, multi-provider support, and tax class. [66401]
- A new Pending Invoice column is now available in the ticket list, displaying the total uninvoiced amount for each ticket to help you quickly identify which tickets need to be invoiced. The column can be added through the Arrange menu and supports filtering with equals, greater than, or less than operations. [66455]
Updates
- A date picker button is now available on the Dispatch Board next to the navigation arrows, allowing you to jump directly to a specific date without clicking through one at a time. [66434]
- An audit log entry is now created when a user deletes a ticket without an assigned customer, capturing who deleted the ticket and when. [66549]
- You can now manually apply a payment and choose exactly which invoices or charges a payment covers, whether you're recording a new payment or reapplying an existing one. (66491)
- You can now choose a due date when creating an invoice through the quick action menu on the customer record. (66533)

- When sending an SMS from the activity section of a ticket, the system now correctly prioritizes the mobile number over the phone number when both are present on a contact record. [66462]
- The delete option for billable time logs that have already been invoiced is now disabled, preventing confusion when attempting to delete records that cannot be removed. [66467]
