New Features

  • You can now see in real time who else is viewing the same ticket, with presence avatars displayed on the ticket detail screen showing when someone is actively replying or editing. This helps teams avoid duplicate responses and conflicting edits before they happen. [66184]

Updates

  • Your home screen can now display an analytics dashboard alongside Revii or on its own. In Settings > Preferences, set your Default Starting Page to Home and choose from three layout options: Revii (default), Revii + Dashboard for your dashboard and Revii side by side, or Dashboard Only for a single full-screen dashboard view. Changes are personal and do not affect other users.
  • All reasons preventing a ticket from being sent to billing are now displayed at once instead of being discovered one at a time. The Send to Billing button also now shows clear loading feedback while the system checks project links and other conditions. [66137]
  • The work requested field on tickets now preserves all original formatting including font color, line breaks, and other text styling, whether the ticket is created manually or generated from an incoming email. [66232]
  • Products can now be searched by typing a provider name directly into the product dropdown search box, returning all products offered by that provider including multi-provider products. [66290]
  • When converting one-time items from a quote to a ticket, the system now uses the quote's description in the ticket description instead of a generic label, with a fallback to a generic description if none exists. [66405]

Bug Fixes

  • Users with permission to edit their own timesheets can no longer inadvertently view other users' timesheets. [66255]
  • Tickets can now be voided while in edit mode by changing the status to Void in the edit slide-out, which prompts for a void reason before saving. [66338]
  • Work performed details now display correctly on a ticket after a technician captures a signature in the mobile app. [66413]
  • Tables added to ticket notes now display correctly in the mobile app. [66416]
  • When merging multiple tickets, the Work Requested field now includes line breaks between each ticket's information for improved readability. [66419]
  • Tickets created via the API now correctly reject embedded or attached files larger than 10 MB, with a system note written to the ticket explaining that the file was not added. [66423]
  • Invoices can now be created from tickets in a closed state without encountering an error. [66453]
