Updates
- The quote and product APIs now support multi-provider products, allowing you to specify a provider for each product line. When adding products to quotes or requests, you can include a provider ID that the system validates against the product's available providers, automatically resolving the correct SKU, USOC, and cost. The product dropdown now includes multi-provider products when filtering by provider, and you can search by provider-specific SKUs, manufacturer names, and other product attributes. [66210]
- You can now ask Revii to run tasks on a recurring schedule. Describe what you want in plain English (for example, "every weekday at 8 AM, summarize tickets that breached SLA overnight") and Revii sets up the automation. Any read-only task you can ask Revii to do in chat can be scheduled. Before a Scheduled Automation activates, Revii shows the schedule in your time zone with the next three run times and gives you the option to run a one-time test first. Nothing runs until you approve it. Results are posted to a dedicated conversation labeled and sent from "Revii Scheduled Automations," separate from your regular chats. All Scheduled Automations are visible in the Scheduled Automations view with their last run, next run, and active or paused state. You can pause, resume, run immediately, or delete a Scheduled Automation by asking Revii or using the on-screen controls. Scheduled Automations run under your existing permissions. Failed runs retry automatically, and if the problem persists, Revii posts an explanation. Repeated failures pause the Scheduled Automation and notify you.
- When adding a product to a quote that is available from multiple providers, you can now view each provider's cost and SKU/USOC and select the right provider in a single step. [66257]
- The + New Action button on the customer detail page has been renamed to Quick Actions and now includes the ability to create a ticket directly from the customer record.
