Updates
- The Rapid Response integration now includes two new actions on the customer's Integrations tab. A Direct Link takes you straight to the customer's site in Rapid Response in one click, and a new Put on Test button allows you to suppress alarm dispatching for a chosen duration during installs, system tests, and service calls, with the option to end the test early at any time. Both actions appear automatically for any customer connected to a Rapid Response site.
- Any user with access to a ticket can now reply to emails and mark emails as read, not just the primary technician assigned to the ticket. [66194]
- The All Invoices screen now includes a PDF viewer that opens when you click on an invoice row, and a new Previous Balance column has been added to provide clearer account information. [66200]
- Rev.io Analytics now supports Row-Level Security (RLS), which automatically controls what data each person sees when they open a dashboard. The charts and layout look the same for everyone, but the data inside is filtered to the signed-in user. No setup is required on your part. Two rules are included by default. The My Tickets rule ensures each user sees only their own tickets and time. The Tech Details rule does the same for technician data, with an exception for users in the Create Reports, Query Database, and Set Up Alerts roles, who continue to see data for all technicians. Admins can view and manage rules from Admin > System Settings > Analytics. Rules can be set as Base filters, which apply to everyone with optional role exceptions, or Regular filters, which apply only to specific roles.
- A new My Tickets dashboard is now available in Analytics, providing a personal view of your ticket workload and time automatically filtered to the signed-in user. The dashboard includes open ticket counts by status and priority, tickets closed over time, hours logged by date and customer, recent time logs, and productivity metrics including billable hours, billable amount, and utilization percentage.
- Rev.io Analytics now follows your light and dark mode preference automatically. Set your preference to Light, Dark, or System in your profile settings, and Analytics dashboards will match your selection the next time the analytics view loads.
Bug Fixes
- You can now successfully save a primary contact when editing a ticket. Previously, changes to the primary contact field occasionally did not persist after saving. [65938]
- All day tasks that span multiple days now display correctly on the calendar for all scheduled days, including the final day of the task. Previously, multi-day all day tasks would not appear on the last scheduled day. [66092]
- The close button on the add time log form within the Time Logs tab now properly closes the form instead of refreshing and remaining open. [66117]
- The system now displays the count of users assigned to each permission role and provides a detailed list of names for users in each role, making it easier to manage and review user permissions. [66119]
- The search field on the dispatch board now filters the ticket list correctly when you enter search text. [66175]
- Fixed an issue where clicking view ticket details from calendar items on the dispatch board incorrectly displayed the same ticket number regardless of which calendar item was selected. The system now correctly displays the ticket details associated with each specific calendar item. [ADO-66219]
