# System Settings: System Tables - Overview

The *System Tables* category on the **System Settings** screen allows you to configure various data points that can be selected using dropdown menus throughout your database. To open it, click **Admin** in the sidebar menu, select **System Settings**, and click **System Tables**.

The *System Tables* category contains several tabs, allowing you to set a variety of customizations and defaults throughout the system. The tabs are listed below in the order they appear on the screen. See the articles below for more information.
