--- title: "System Settings: My Preferences" url: "https://help.psarev.io/en/article/system-settings-my-preferences" language: "en" last_updated: "2026-10-21T20:45:49.279Z" --- # System Settings: My Preferences The *My Preferences* category on the **System Settings** screen allows you to configure various settings to better optimize your Rev.io experience, including your working hours, time off, email signature, dark/light mode preference, desired starting page, and default language. | **NOTE:** The options set on this screen impact your specific environment only and do not impact any other users in the system. | | --- | When you change a value in a section, **Save** and **Cancel** buttons display in that section. Click **Save** to apply your changes or **Cancel** to discard them. See the [System Settings Overview](https://help.psarev.io/en/article/system-settings-overview) article for more information about the other categories on the System Settings screen. ## Working Hours The *Working Hours* section allows you to set the hours you work each day. This option currently translates dynamic language on the ticket Activity tab and customer Journal tab.* | * * * ## Reset Password ![](https://cdn-assets.productfruits.com/38342252-e533-44fd-a79d-079cb0965ca0) Each field in the *Reset Password* section is defined below. | **Label** | **Definition** | | --- | --- | | **Current Password** | *To reset your password, start by entering your current password.* | | **New Password** | *To reset your password, enter the new password you want to use. **NOTE:** Passwords must contain at least 1 lowercase letter, 1 uppercase letter, 1 number, 1 special character, and a minimum of 12 characters.* | | **Confirm Password** | *To reset your password, reenter the password you entered in the **New Password** field.
