# Customer Profile: Overview Section - Summary Tab

The *Summary* tab on the Customer Profile screen contains general information about the customer, including website, identity, address, and type. These fields can be edited easily at any time and generally give a quick insight into the main details for the customer.

Each field on the *Summary* tab is defined below.

| No. | **Label** | *Definition* |
| --- | --- | --- |
| 1 | **Website** | *URL for the customer's website.* |
| 2 | **Identity** | *Identity associated with the customer. Identity options include Business and Residential.* |
| 3 | **Address** | *Address for the customer* |
| 4 | **Type** | *Type of customer. Type options include Prospect and Customer.* |
| 5 | **Created Date** | *Date the customer record was created. This field exists only in PSA.* |

These actions are available on the *Summary* tab.
