# Arrange Columns

List views in Rev.io PSA, including the Customer List view and Ticket List view, feature the **Arrange** button at the top of the screen. This option allows you to select which columns display in the list view and change the order in which they display.

### **Showing/Hiding Columns**

To change whether or not a column displays in the list view, click the **Arrange** button and simply check or uncheck the box next to the column name. 

Unchecked columns are hidden from the list view and do not display. The number of unchecked/hidden columns displays below the Columns menu heading.

### **Reordering Columns**

To change the order of the columns in the list view, click the **Arrange** button and simply click and drag using the hamburger icons to reorder the columns as desired.

### **Resetting Column Display**

To reset the columns to their default display in the list view, simply click the **Reset** button. The columns will return to their default order and any hidden columns will be shown.
